Aaron Fox

Aaron began his journey in music when he was in fifth grade.  In high school, he competed in the AACS National Brass Competition (upon winning at the state level) all four years and won first place twice.  After high school graduation, he knew his purpose and passion in life was to pursue music.

Aaron enrolled at Bob Jones University, from which he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education in May of 2022.  During his enrollment, he played as principal horn for the symphonic wind band and symphony orchestra, principal horn for the SC Intercollegiate Wind Band, and participated in a collective 12 different musical ensembles, some of which he helped found and/or lead.

During his junior year of college, Aaron won first place in the school’s

Commencement Competition, as well as runner-up in the SCMEA Young Artist Brass

competition. Aaron is currently auditioning for a Master’s degree at Jacob’s School of Music, as well

as some other schools, and would love to share his love for music with the Mineral Area

Community!
